We now have classes on Mondays at 6:15pm, Tuesdays at 6:15pm, Wednesday at 10am & 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am.

If you havent tried our amazing NAUGHTY BUT NICE class then we strongly recomend it!

Mondays 7:30 - 8:30pm

Packed with trainsitions and floor works as well as strength building and of course shimmying! It really is the icing on your pole dancing cake. It's open to all levels from beginner to advanced as you can all benifit from this awesome class and the fantastic instructor. You'll come away feeling confidant and in control of your pole moves.

SPINNY POLE WORKSHOPS

 

  We have a Spinny Pole Workshop coming up and have put it on 2 dates to try and ensure no-one misses out.

The Fabulous Sarah Scott will be taking you through series of moves and combinations on spinny poles. Spinny pole is a geat way to build strangth for pole and is also great for learing how to connect moves together. A must for any pole dance fanatic!

£8 or 4 mini membership credits. Saturday 19th May 11:30 - 12:30pm or Wednesday 23rd at 6:30 - 7:30pm. You can book your space online under the classes tab, simply scroll to the correct day.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM 

The online booking system will require you to create a user name and password to book online from home, once this has bee done you can book all of our classes, courses, 1-2-1's parties online at your leisure as well as amend and make any cancellations.

We therefore require EVERYONE to book before you arrive to class, which as before can be done online, over the phone or in person. We will also require you to let us know if you cannot make a class as "no shows" will be charged.  

This system means we can mange our customers and classes easily and avoid any over crowding which can sometimes occur. Any feedback you have will be much appreciated.
