BOOTY CAMP 

The kick in the ass you need to get in shape!!!

Booty Camps are a great way to give your fitness a boost in a fun way. Spread over 4 hours and with 2  different type of Boot Camp we are sure you'll love it.

 

We normally run Booty Camps on bank holidays through out the year, so theres always pleanty of opportunity to try them out.

 

They are open to anyone and everyone, you do not have to of even done any of the classes we will be running on the day, so it's a great chance to try something new!
