We will take you through the basic exercises that will not only lead to a 'tighter leaner body with killer abs and a whittled waist but you will also get sculpted arms and legs to boot'.

Beginners Street Dance Course - £20 4 week course
Come and join Nat every Wednesday night, for a new funky fresh routine that's easy to pick up, oh and no head spinning involved! Take a fresh and fun approach to street dance, not all classes are the same. Nat creates a relaxed and fun class atmosphere making everyone feel welcome.
Nat is an experienced and talented Street Dancer, and has been part of the Elementz Street Dance crew for a number of years now, and has recently helped the pole girls out in their latest showcase performances.
No previous experience is required.
This is a weekly class that must be booked and booking is essential to ensure your space.
Stretch & Flex - £6.50 / 2 credits mini membership
Stretch and flex is an intensive stretch class designed for dancers, martial arts students, pole dancers, yoga enthusiasts and pretty much anyone else want to increase and improve their range of movement.
Regardless of level this class will give you visible results in a matter of weeks with regular attendance.
It combines traditional dance and yoga stretches as well as a more modern approach to stretching. You will not only increase flexibility but also improve your alignment, relieve muscular tension and also reduce your chances of injury.
Please wear plenty of layers, and bare feet or dance trainers / socks / yoga socks (grippy sole's) are recommended. No trainers as these will inhibit your range of movement. If you have resistance band, tennis ball or yoga mat then please bring it along with you, do not worry if you don't.
Suitable for all levels - no previous experience required.
You DO NOT need to be flexible to do a flexibility class.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga - £6.50 / 2 credits mini membership
What is FFY?
FFY is a fitness program that incorporates stretch, strength & Yoga postures
You can expect to improve your strength and flexibility, seeing the benefits within 8 weeks
You will learn how to understand their bodies and begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, self awareness and confidence.
How does FFY differ from traditional Yoga?
FFY concentrates on movement, breathing, transitions from one posture to another and progression. There is no dogma, chanting or use of Sanskrit terms as postures are prescribed from a modern fitness perspective.
Is Fitness Yoga appropriate for me?
Fitness Yoga is appropriate for most apparently healthy adults. It is not designed for pregnant woman or people with diagnosed back problems.
Wear comfortable trousers that will give, jogging bottoms or leggings are ideal or flared style yoga trousers. Wear layers on top. We perform the postures in bare feet so no specific footwear is required.

Ellipse is a circuit based workout with a twist! Tailored specifically to help improve your cardio, endurance and strength fitness using a variety of different station-based exercises. This will be no conventional circuits class, but a friendly fun session aimed at all fitness levels, with variations on the exercises to make them as easy or hard as you like! So come along, bring a friend or 2 and have some fun whilst sweating it out....
See results within weeks and watch your progress in your other classes go from strength to strength!
Aerial Yoga - £6.50 / 2 credits mini membership
Anna Davies will use her years of yoga teaching and experience to bring you this fantastic class to get you feeling strong, supple and sexy.
Using the aerial yoga swings Anna will take you on a journey into the world of yoga with some relaxation, positive thinking and some tension releasing stretches and movement. ANYONE can do this class, you will feel and see a huge benefit and results coming from this class.
Great as a class on its own or will go perfectly alongside Freestyle Fitness Yoga and any Pole course or class from Beginner to Advanced.
Unite - £4.00 / 1 credit mini membership
This class aims to UNITE all of the wonder full class we teach at studio 22, that is suitable for anyone and everyone.
It will combine cardio and toning exercises and well as helping to increase strength. UNITE is designed to target every area of the body, with sections of the class such as "Happy Heart", "Lower Body Love" and "sensational shoulders" you will leave feeling enegised and like you have finally been able to target those hard to work ares in a simple and enjoyable workout.
The class will have new choreography / tracks every 3 months so it give you plenty of time to get used to what we are doing and most importantly get better at it!

The contemporary African Dance fuses Afro Caribbean and West African rhythms to great a fun and funky new way to get fit.

Brazilian Samba - £6.50 / 2 credits mini membership
This high energy class will take you on a dance tour of Brazil exploring everything from Rio Style Samba to Afr Brazilian, Samba Reggae and more to give you a peek into the Carnival culture.

Beginners Burlesque - £20 4 week course
A classy, sexy and fun low impact class that is suitable for all levels. You will learn a mix of dance steps and poses enabling you to create cheeky, tongue-in-cheek routines in a true burlesque style.
What to wear? Initially wear leggings / clothes that are comfortable and that you can move in. Bring some heels (small range are available to borrow from studio 22, not many and only on a first come first served basis) Dressing up will help you get into to character... but don't feel you have to, be comfortable and happy.
THE MAIN THING IS TO LEARN A SEXY NEW SKILL, HAVE A GIGGLE AND FREE YOUR INNER GODDESS.
